Imported from the States in 1988, it then fell into the careful hands of the last registered keeper (who we purchased from) had owned it since 1992. As a local Romford car, we had the pleasure of meeting the keeper in person and he told us all about his pride and joy of 32 years.
He did an amazing job making sure it was super well-maintained over 4 decades. There are approximately 100 invoices and receipts showing the extensive history of servicing and maintenance throughout the 80s (whilst in U.S), 90s, 00s, 10s and 20s. Has also benefitted from recent upgrades too making it safer, more reliable, and even better than ever to drive.
Since 2010, the last owner spent £14,000 in upkeep ensuring it is one of the best Corvette C1s on the road. 9 services were carried out over the last 14 years alone, with many more over the years. The last oil service was done in 19/6/21 and spark plug change done this year on 11/5/24.
Maintenance works since 2010 include spark plugs changes (2011, 2015, 2017 and 2024), gearbox repairs (2015), exhaust front pipe (2015), ignition kit (2015), harmonic balancer (2017), steering column (2017), disc brake conversion (2017), dual master cylinder and brake lines (2017), expansion tank (2017), air filter (2017), and coolant change (2017).

Supplied with 26 MOT certificates since 1988. Now registered as a Historic vehicle so therefore no longer requires MOT testing and is exempt from ULEZ and road tax. We will gladly supply with a new MOT if required.
