It is a real head turner, and it will put a smile on your face every time you see it and drive it. The famous independent suspension is a great experience too and really adds to the fun of it all.
First registered in France in 21st March 1958, this quirky van remained there for over 60 years. It was then restored in France in 2018 and was then imported to the UK later that year.
Full restoration carried out by a well-known Citroen 2CV specialist in France. Supported by a large history file including photographs of the restoration, receipts for parts and works carried out.
Air-cooled, flat-twin, four-stroke 425cc engine is the original factory unit as fitted to this 1958-year model complete with AZU stamped engine plate.
The underside of this Citroen 2CV is superbly clean with all new and refurbished components. Fitted with the white steel wheels and Michelin 135R 400 tyres all round with plenty of tread and no cracks.
