Considered by many to be the last truly beautiful Ferrari, the 355 is one of Pininfarina's finest automotive masterpieces.
Launched in 1994 to critical acclaim the 355 was lauded for its stunning looks, fantastic handling and melodic flat planed 3.4 litre V8. Upon driving the car journalists waxed lyrical with Jeremy Clarkson himself hailing the 355 "the best car in the world".
Our 355 GTS was originally supplied in 1996 by HR Owen and has the rare and much sought-after manual gearbox and the optional 'challenge' rear grill. Finished in the classic combination of Rosso Corsa with crema hide over red carpets.
The registered keeper purchased this 355 in June 2016 and has used it sparingly having covered less than 1500 miles in that time with the mileage being just 36,260 miles.
The service history is exactly what you would hope to see when purchasing a Ferrari with services carried out by either main dealers or recognised marque specialists based on time elapsed and not mileage, fully supported by a stamped service booked and a file of invoices. In addition, every MOT certificate and a selection of other historical documents relating to the car are also present.
Thankfully the often-missing leather-bound service wallet and soft bag is still present and delightfully the car also comes with the optional and highly desirable fitted tan leather luggage which is unused.
Before delivery this car will be serviced, inspected and MOT’d by a marque specialist and receive a fresh set of cam belts
In summary, an exceptional and highly desirable car with a fantastic history which will be correctly prepared before delivery. Granted she’s not the cheapest 355 out there, but the best cars never are.
