Vehicle Description

Such a great looking bike this with visions of Americana and the notorious Evel Knievel.

As a result of the US oil crisis Harley Davidson clearly realised that they needed some smaller engined bikes and particularly wanted to get into the market of 2 stroke. They joined forces with and Italian bike builder AMF and produced the SX range of trail bike with different size engines but much smaller than those they currently produced in the US.

The style of these bikes was modelled on the look of Evel Knievel XR 750 and today looks even cooler than it did back then.

This bike appears to have had much reconditioning during its time and presents superbly today with all its chrome, powder coated frame, wheels and lamps in top order.

This 1976 bike was imported into the UK in 2010 and it's our guess following recommissioning it was held with a collector,
