Rare 1991 Jaguar XJS Le Mans V12 with just 47,528 miles from new, low-ownership and an incredibly well documented service and maintenance history. And as you’d expect from this it presents extremely well and is in superb mechanical order.
This special edition Jaguar XJS is number 232 of 280 Le Mans special-edition cars. It features the 5.3 litre V12 engine producing 318bhp and is mated to a super smooth automatic gearbox. Featuring bespoke motifs on the headrests and footplates, quad headlights, 'Growler' bonnet badge, and 16" lattice alloys.
The classic combination of Signal Red with the sumptuous Cream leather interior. There is some patina to be found on the seat bolsters, which we have deliberately left untouched for originality purposes.
As an original car and unrestored vehicle it has been the pride and joy of 5 meticulous owners all of which have made sure this example to maintained to the highest of standards. The original service booklet shows some 22 entries in addition to a plethora of invoices for servicing and maintenance. It underwent an incredible mechanical recommission between 2020-2021 and this was fully documented and carried out by the last owner, an Aviation maintenance specialist.
