2008 (Cherished Plate inc) Porsche Boxter S RS60 Spyder

The RS60 Spyder was a special edition 987 Boxster S built to commemorate Porsche’s Sebring winning 1960 718 RS60 Spyder. Limited to 1,960 cars worldwide this car is one of just 100 UK RHD examples built.

This special edition RS60 came with a number of unique features including black windscreen surround, red taillights, GT Silver Metallic paintwork with natural Carrera red leather upholstery, matching red hood and door kick plates with the RS60 logo. It also features a sports exhaust with twin tailpipes and has the instrument cover deleted with the cluster painted in GT silver

Our car was first registered in April 2008 and has had four owners. The car presents in lovely condition. The red hood works as it should and the interior is only showing lights signs of wear. The bodywork is free of any dings and the RS60 wheels are all in good condition. The dashboard plaque shows this car to be number 948/1960 off the production line.

In addition to all the usual RS60/S specification this car includes a switchable sports exhaust system as well as PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management). Further paid for options include heated seats, wind deflector, rear park assist and PCM with satellite navigation. The car is powered by a flat six engine with a capacity of 3.4L and in the RS60 produces 303bhp, slightly ahead of the regular Boxster S due to the sports exhaust.

The car is showing 57,600 miles and we have a file of history showing that the car has been serviced every two years on schedule up to 2022. It will be delivered with a fresh oil and filter service undertaken by us.
