This beautiful 1969 TR6 originated in Los Angeles, USA and was repatriated to the UK in 1992 by it’s current registered keeper who gave the vehicle a seven year full nut and bolt restoration, completed in 2005. The restoration totalled in excess of £30,000 with many bills of works and photographs to go with the car.
This car on the rolling road delivers an impressive output of 200bhp at the wheels, benefitting from its triple weber carburettors and sports suspension - this is one hell of a TR6! Since these works have been carried out this car has barely been out of the road and is by all accounts a special example of this TR6. We have further improved the car by fitting a new hood, clutch slave, clutch hose, diff mount, upper & lower diff mount bottom rad hose and throttle cable. We have also just had the car MOT'd so it is ready for summer.
As ever, prospective buyers are welcome to test drive and view the car's underside on our ramp. The car will be supplied fully serviced and with three months warranty.
