Fairmont Sports and Classics are offering another excellent example of the iconic E30. Finished in metallic Silver, this 1987 BMW 325i E30 has had just 3 owners in 35 years and presents in excellent original condition.
The paintwork, chrome and trims all appear to be original and are in immaculate condition with the only exceptions being a small blemish on the roof and a car park ding on the nearside front wing.
Currently sporting a genuine wooden Nardi steering wheel, two tone deep dish staggered alloys and fitted with a 12 plate limited slip diff, this is a real drivers car and perhaps not one for the purists. The original alloys will be supplied with the car and a period steering wheel can be sourced included in the price.
Having had just 3 owners in its life throughout its life, it is clear to see that it has been cared for and cherished. The car has an interesting back story, the original keeper had this as a company car when he joined BMW as manager of their race teams. This car was then sold to the 2nd owner who cherished this car, doing whatever maintenance was required. When he passed away it was dry stored and only taken for MOTs.
The last owner then purchased it from his widow and recommissioned it, with particular attention being paid to the suspension, brakes, half shafts, wheel bearings, underside cleaned. The interior is clean with no damage or wear, tears or rips to the upholstery as you can see from the pictures.
